Payment Policy
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfers (For group or bulk registrations)
Cash (For in-person payments, where applicable)
2. Class and Program Fees
Single Class Payments:
Payment is due before the start of each class.
Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability, with payment required before participation.
Monthly or Term-Based Programs:
Full payment for the term or month is due at the time of registration.
Payment must be completed before the first class of the session to secure the spot.
For ongoing programs, payments are due [X days] before the next term or session begins.
3. Private Lessons
Payment for private lessons must be made in advance to confirm the booking.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
4. Workshops and Special Events
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.
Early bird and promotional discounts must be paid by the specified deadline to avail of the reduced rate.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations after the stated deadline.
5. Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date may result in the following:
A late fee of [X]% of the outstanding balance.
Suspension of participation in classes until payment is received.
Cancellation of the student’s enrollment if payment is more than [X days] overdue.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

7. Class Packages and Memberships
Class Packages:
Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

10. Disputed Payments/Chargebacks
Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in suspension of participation until the issue is resolved.
Unresolved disputes may result in denial of future participation.
